By using SpeedReading.com Academy, you agree to these terms for access and use.
🔑 Accounts and access
- Keep your login details secure and do not share your account.
- Accounts must be operated by a human; bots, robots, and automated scripts are not allowed.
- We may restrict access if account activity suggests sharing, scraping, or abuse.
✅ Acceptable use
- Use the Academy for lawful learning and development only.
- Do not scrape, spider, probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass limits or security.
- If you upload documents for later reading, do not include obscenity or illegal content.
💳 Free trial and payments
We offer a 5-day free trial outside of PayPal for first-time subscribers only. Subscriptions are billed through PayPal. All sales are final unless required by law.
✉️ Email and notices
We email to confirm your account and may send occasional account-related messages. We do not send promotional email and do not sell or provide your email address to third parties unless required by law (for example, a court order).
🛠️ Availability
We make best efforts to keep the service online. Technical issues may take it offline for reasons outside our control, and we will work to restore access as quickly as possible.
📚 Content and ownership
All SpeedReading.com Academy content and software remain our property. You keep ownership of anything you upload and grant us a limited license to host and process it only to provide the service.
📴 Termination
We may restrict, suspend, temporarily ban, or end access if we believe these terms are breached or the service is misused.
🛡️ Liability
The Academy is provided "as is" without guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
⚖️ Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
🔄 Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
